Application for the Holy Sacrament of Christian Baptism at Jerusalem Mar Thoma Church, Hebbal.
Guidelines & Requirements
- Notice for Holy Baptism must be submitted to the Vicar at least two weeks prior to the proposed baptism date.
- Both parents must be registered communicant members of the Church.
- Required details: Child’s full legal name, date and place of birth, parents’ full names and marriage registration details, prayer group, and names of chosen Godparents (Sponsors).
- Godparents must be baptized, communicant Christian believers in good standing.
