Official registration form for new families and individuals seeking formal membership in Jerusalem Mar Thoma Church, Hebbal.

Eligibility & Instructions

  • Open to all communicant members of the Malankara Mar Thoma Syrian Church residing in Hebbal, Yelahanka, Sahakaranagar, Kodigehalli, and surrounding localities of Bengaluru North.
  • Please enclose a copy of your Transfer Certificate (Kaikkaran / NOC) from your previous Mar Thoma parish.
  • Provide full particulars of all family members, marital status, communicant status, and contact information.
  • Completed forms must be signed and submitted directly to the Vicar or Church Secretary for Kaisthana Samithi approval.
