Formal application for issuance of Transfer Certificate upon relocation from JMTC Hebbal to another parish.
Guidelines
- Members relocating to another city, country, or parish within the diocese must apply for a formal Transfer Certificate.
- Ensure that all monthly church subscriptions, annual dues, and development fund commitments are settled up to date.
- State clearly the name, diocese, and vicar of the destination parish where records are to be transferred.
